3. What to Bring to Yawgoog.doc – a perennial classic. J This is the basic list that is an excellent guideline.
4. 2012 Merit Badge Schedule.pdf – a list of all the Merit Badges being offered this year at Yawgoog and when. This will be gone over at the Patrol meetings to be called by the Patrol Leaders. You should be hearing from them soon.

6. TroopDirectoryReport.pdf – an updated troop phone list for Patrol leaders to make their calls.
Here is a timeline from now to Yawgoog:
Ø June 18 – I will have a meeting of all the leadership scouts to go over Yawgoog patrols and procedures. This is held at my home and I will send a separate email to them.
Ø By the end of June – the Patrol Leaders will be contacting their patrol members to schedule a patrol meeting. They will create a patrol name and work on some of the details the patrols will need at Yawgoog.
Ø July 14 – we will load the trailer at Mr. Ryder’s house (25 Galahad Lane, Nesconset) from 10 AM-12 noon. Please bring (not wear) Class A uniform on a hanger for uniform inspection. Your gear gets loaded into the trailer / truck at that time.
Ø July 15 – we meet at Orient Point at 12 noon to have lunch and relax a bit before boarding the ferry. We take the 2 PM Ferry to New London.
Ø July 17 – this Tuesday evening is the deadline to have “care packages” for the boys at Mr. Rapp’s house (30 Maureen Drive, Hauppauge). I will send more details in a separate email. The boys love to get their packages from home on Wednesday night, so thank you Bruce!
Ø July 22 – We arrive back at Orient Point around 5:15 PM (we take the 4 PM from New London). Please come and meet up with your scouts so they can tell you what a great time they had! J
